​This class' goal is to keep you moving strong with the option to sit or stand at any time during the workout. It incorporates low impact cardio, hand weights, resistance bands, and small balls with exercises to strengthen the whole body. It is perfect for seniors, beginning exercisers, and those that may need to modify movements due to injury or medical conditions.

Get a total body workout for maximum efficiency with SPIN & Sculpt! The instructor will lead you through a 30 minute Spinning ride in the different SpInning® energy zones for great cardio-respiratory training. You will finish class off of the bike with body weight movements and resistance bands to train the core and strengthen major muscle groups.

Step-in-LIne is fun, social and active! You will move to the rhythm of upbeat and energetic music as you learn the basic steps used in choreographed line dancing routines. All levels welcome!
