We often neglect the important flexibility component of fitness. This class will help you get in the deep, long stretches that your body needs to aid in muscle recovery, avoid injury and increase flexibility and range of motion. Pilates based core strength exercises will also be included in the class format.
Progression is slow and steady while holding static stretches. Exercises are geared towards all levels.
