Spinning® is the original indoor cycling program that is both fun and effective. There are no complicated choreography moves to learn and no helmet required! All fitness levels are welcome. You set the resistance and pace right for you for the class. Positive and invigorating music coupled with encouragement and motivation will help you burn calories and reach your fitness goals. This is a great program to use as a cardiorespiratory training program by itself or to compliment your cross training fitness regime.

Powered by Body & Soul® Fitness, Power Strength® is a co-ed strength training group exercise class set to contemporary upbeat positive music. Each track is devoted to toning and shaping a specific muscle group using free weights and body resistance for a total body workout in 60 minutes.

STRETCH & CORE 1 visit freeFrom $4 per visit with Ten Class Pass pass

This class focuses on stretching and lengthening your muscles while adding in Pilates based core strength segments. Progression is slow and steady while holding static stretches. Exercises are geared towards all levels.

Power Strength® Express 1 visit freeFrom $4 per visit with Ten Class Pass pass

Powered by Body & Soul® Fitness, Power Strength® express is strength training group exercise class set to contemporary upbeat positive music. Each track is devoted to toning and shaping a specific muscle group(s) using free weights and body resistance for a total body workout in 45 minutes.

SPINPower® Sculpt 1 visit freeFrom $4 per visit with Ten Class Pass pass

Get a total body workout for maximum efficiency with SPINPower Sculpt! The instructor will lead you through a 30 minute SPINPower ride utilizing our yunique Power Zones in Watts for great cardio-respiratory training. You will finish class off of the bike with body weight movements and resistance bands to train the core and strengthen major muscle groups.

SPINPower® Personal Spinning Threshold (PST) Test 1 visit freeFrom $4 per visit with Ten Class Pass pass

Knowing your Personal Spinning Threshold or PST number in WATTS is crucial in determining your SPINPower® zones for your future SPINPower rides. This number is unique to YOU and your aerobic threshold ceiling and current fitness level. To determine your PST, in this class we will perform a ramp test of submaximal effort. Since fitness levels can change, it is important to perform a PST test every quarter to accurately determine your SPINPower Zones!
