Spinning®

Spinning® is the original indoor cycling program that is both fun and effective. There are no complicated choreography moves to learn and no helmet required! All fitness levels are welcome. You set the resistance and pace right for you for the class. Positive and invigorating music coupled with encouragement and motivation will help you burn calories and reach your fitness goals. This is a great program to use as a cardiorespiratory training program by itself or to compliment your cross training fitness regime.

This class focuses on stretching and lengthening your muscles while adding in Pilates based core strength segments. Progression is slow and steady while holding static stretches. Exercises are geared towards all levels.

Get a total body workout for maximum efficiency with SPIN & Sculpt! The instructor will lead you through a 30 minute Spinning ride in the different SpInning® energy zones for great cardio-respiratory training.
