This class' goal is to keep you moving strong with the option to sit or stand at any time during the workout. It incorporates low impact cardio, hand weights, resistance bands, and small balls with exercises to strengthen the whole body. It is perfect for seniors, beginning exercisers, and those that may need to modify movements due to injury or medical conditions.
