We often neglect the important flexibility component of fitness. This class will help you get in the deep, long stretches that your body needs to aid in muscle recovery, avoid injury and increase flexibility and range of motion. Pilates based core strength exercises will also be included in the class format. Progression is slow and steady while holding static stretches. Exercises are geared towards all levels.


Cancellation policy

Cancellation policy If you need to cancel a class, please do so within 2 hours prior to class start time for midday and evening classes. Early morning 5:45 am classes, please cancel by 8:30 pm the night before. This will allow a person on the wait list to be notified and offered the open spot. A visit will be deducted from your pass in the event that the class is full with a wait list and you do not cancel ahead of time, or an instructor drives out and due to late cancels, there is nobody registered.
