This hour long class will incorporate Pilates exercises with the use of fusion balls, light free weights, gliding disks and resistance tubing to tone all major muscle groups in the body.

If you need to cancel a class, please do so within 2 hours prior to class start time for midday and evening classes. Early morning 5:45 am classes, please cancel by 8:30 pm the night before. This will allow a person on the wait list to be notified and offered the open spot. A visit will be deducted from your pass in the event that the class is full with a wait list and you do not cancel ahead of time, or an instructor drives out and due to late cancels, there is nobody registered.
