Cancellation policy

Cancellation policy If you need to cancel a class, please do so within 2 hours prior to class start time for midday and evening classes. Early morning 5:45 am classes, please cancel by 8:30 pm the night before. This will allow a person on the wait list to be notified and offered the open spot. A visit will be deducted from your pass in the event that the class is full with a wait list and you do not cancel ahead of time, or an instructor drives out and due to late cancels, there is nobody registered.
