Depending on the terrain and training purpose for the class, participants will complete 45 minute workouts in one of the 5 Spinning® Energy Zones: Recovery, Endurance, Interval, Strength, or Race Day. With the use of the resistance knob and pace, hills and flats and speed work can be incorporated to develop and increase cardiorespiratory fitness, leg strength and efficient metabolism.

*If you are a first time Spinning® participant, please arrive 10 minutes early for proper bike set up and instruction before the class starts.


Cancellation policy

If you need to cancel a class, please do so within 2 hours prior to class start time for midday and evening classes. Early morning 5:45 am classes, please cancel by 8:30 pm the night before. This will allow a person on the wait list to be notified and offered the open spot. A visit will be deducted from your pass in the event that the class is full with a wait list and you do not cancel ahead of time, or an instructor drives out and due to late cancels, there is nobody registered.
